You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products and services listed in your order under these Terms. The delivery of any files to you constitutes acceptance of your order and, therefore, the creation of a contractual agreement between you and Moonhaus Studio.

All prices posted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. The cost of the service you purchase is set out in your quotation.

We must receive payment before we complete your project. 50% deposit at the beginning, and the remain 50% when the project is completed. By providing credit card information to us, you represent and warrant that the data is accurate, correct, and complete. You are authorized to use the credit card for the purchase.

We do not offer refunds on any service. All sales are final because it is impossible to return a digital product.

If you choose the Payment Plan option, you are required by law to complete all remaining payments of your plan. Canceling or voiding these payments is not possible.
